After all the snow and hail storms today turned out to be cash!!!!!!!!! However the temperatures on the top of the mountains were cold as. This morning Nick, Melanie, Janet, Eric and I road our fat tires up Vail mountain to Eagles Nest. 1hr 18min.

We did Lions Down single track for the first time up!

Today was the grand opening of the Lions head skate park!

The first thing I saw this morning when I woke up was snow all over the place. Chain restriction were in effect for all commercial vehicles. By lunch time all was melted and the weather turned over to a nice sunny cool day.

It seemed like every little corner you turned to in the village you would see this

At the end of the day Mel and I took Tasha and Peanut out for a hike.

Today Melanie and I first thing in the morning went for a bike ride up Davo's trail. The morning was beautiful sunny sun, however turned over to some harsh hail storm in the end.

At the end of the ride today we ended up riding the face of the storm home.

We just escaped the hail storm when we got back to the house.

Last night Mel and I went out with friends to Vendettas for some great Italian food

And the wine was great

Today Dan and I got together for a great ride out in Eagle.

During the ride we ran into a couple herds of Bull Cows

Yesterday Melanie and I went for a hike up the Gore Creek pathway.

And the dogs got really muddy!

When Mel and I woke up this morning we saw this. So we decided to pack up the car and head up to Strawberry Park Springs in Steamboat for some natural mineral relaxation.

The drive up to Steamboat had really beautiful countryside views.

When we got to steamboats natural springs we did not waste any time.

Hi everybody! Sorry about the absence, I've in the starting stage of my bike training rampage. My average heart rate is on par with my great Aunt Sally's. Life here in Vail has been great! My girl friend is the best, and just about to celebrate our six month! One of my best friends Nicole just moved to Baltimore. One of my best bro Jamie will be a dad come this September. Vail village looks like crap because of all the construction. My SantaCruz bike has been in the shop for over a week now. However just about to leave for Nyc to Roc to visit friends and family, can't wait!

The day after we visited Nicole in Denver we rode up one on my favorite bike rides, up Meadow Mountain.

Today Melanie and I just got back from Denver to say our last good bye's to Nicole before she moves to Baltimore. It was sad to see her leave but I think she'll move back to Colorado when she's finish with school. We will all miss you Baur!!!!!!!!!!!!
