Really early this morning I took Jeff Lapp to the Vail Valley Airport for his depart back home to NewYork. Do to Jeff's potential layoff at his job at Kodak he told me that he might move out here.------------Jeff, if your reading this blog GO FOR IT! Later that morning I tried to play disc golf in Eagle but it was so early I had no cordination, so I quit after whole Nine. After I got out of work I went out with friends to barhop in Vail.

Jeff and I woke up really early to finish his last full day with me in Colorado. So at 7am we got on our bikes and road into town to eat breakfast at my favorite place called DJ McAdams. As we road into town the clouds covered the whole mountain. After breakfast Dan, Jeff, and I drove to Beaver Creek to ride two trails called B52 and Pully's Plunge. It was Dans first mountain bike ride since his June 15th's Bike Crash. After the ride Jeff and I went to Minturn to turn my bike in to Moutain Pedaler for some brake maintenance. Then we went to a awsome coffee shop called Harry's Bump and Grind. Later that night Len's parents took Len and I out to dinner at Red Lion.

Today after I got out of work Jamie, Jeff, and I decided to go for a bike ride on Son of Middle Creek. Jeff Lapp ended up taking a crash off a trail and wrecked himself on a off camber section. But still in good spirits Jeff got on his bike again and hammered away the rest of the ride. This morning Ex President Ford made a visit to the hotel for a Vail Valley Foundation meeting. Ford had four Secret Service guys all over the building with the funky ear buds in their ears scrutinizing the area. I had the short opportunity to talk to one of the guys and they turned out to be really normal, like us.
