When I saw the price of living out in Rochester I just wanted to cry!

I love photography! My wife and I are in the process of launching our own photography career. I work for Todd Winslow Pierce who is a pro photographer here in Vail Colorado. The concept of how I see light has been taught through Todd and the mentors who's influenced him. Through my personal vision and athletic ability I want to showing people how I see translated into a picture. Translating my angle of vision into a picture really is rewarding to me. Don't let the price fool you! The real estate taxes in NYS are 4% and in Colorado they are 0.75%. This means that the cost per year of the house in Rochester for $150k is about the same per year as a house for $350k in CO. On top of that, the difference in taxes which you are just throwing down the drain. In CO the price will be appreciating more over the same time period.
