Today was a big day for me. After working a half day Melanie and I went for a mountain bike ride on Vail mountain. The ride was really hot a times but we for sure had the best of times. After lunch in town I tuned up my road bike and road to the top of Vail pass in great time.
Melanie negotiating a tough line on the way down.
After the bike ride we headed to Vail's farmers market for some lunch.

Today after I got out of work I watched a little of the Tour de France's time trials. After watching these guys pushing themselves pass there limitations I decided to do it my self on my mountain bike on the North Trail. I pushed myself the hardest I have ever this summer rock'in a steady 165 beat per minute on the up hills. I'm not over yet Jamie, I will never be human!!!!!!!!!! Ha Ha...
After my ride Melanie and I walked into the Village for some dinner at the Tap Room.

Yesterday was Colorado's biggest bike event of the year, called the Triple Bye pass. And yes I did not do it. I'm hired by a group of guys who ride for Specialized to be there aid crew. So basically I drive the 120 miles in a truck and cater to there needs. I don't mind at all, because it gives me a day off from work and I get to drive around Colorado taking more pictures. Here's a picture of me on top of the continental divide.
Here's a picture of some riders going up loveland pass, which is about half way to the finish in Vail.
Last Friday Melanie and I had the whole day off together. We decided to go rock climbing over in Wolcott.
