This morning Dan, his brother Chris, his buddy and I went on a mtn bike ride over in Eagle. Everything went well until I had problems with my single speed. I ended up loosing two bolts in my chainring for a sad end of the day. BOOOOOOOOO Posted by Picasa

This morning I took the Gondola up to the top of the mtn to check out how much snow we got. To my surprise I was in my flipflops up top freezing my ass off with snow left and right. What happened to Fall? Posted by Picasa

When I woke up this morning my arm and shoulders were a little sore from my bike fall yesterday. Yeah my right pedal hit on its full down stroke on a rock, which in return bucked me off camber to a beautiful rockgarden. After my ride up on Vail mtn I spun my way over to Meadow Mtn Posted by Picasa

Meadow mtn lead me to the Grouse mtn single single track to town of Minturn. Posted by Picasa

Day was finished nicely after easy spin. Tomorrow breakfast with Nicole at the Cafe, followed by another epic spin with Jamie at Lost Lake.  Posted by Picasa
